Student Hub Training
To obtain Student Hub training for advisement, you will first need to communicate to shconnect@unm.edu, then request the corresponding BAR role in the BANI. Following training, you may request BAR role in BANP.
Enhancements and Future Features
- Events created in Student Hub (originating from Outlook or from Student Hub), that have been accepted by the user and have the Busy or Out of Office status, create an Absence with the type ‘Meeting’. This ensures appointment time slots are not available during this time.
- Events deleted in Student Hub (originating from Outlook or from Student Hub), and have the Busy or Out of Office status, create an Absence with the type ‘Meeting’. This ensures appointment time slots are now available during this time.
- Availability views using a calendar are now available per department. You can clone, delete, or create a new Availability from this view. Go to the table icon and select Schedule option to see the calendar view. You may also pin this view.
